Complaints

To file a complaint, please contact us at hello@molehillgoods.com. In your email, include your order number and a description of the product’s defects. Together, we will decide whether you’ll send the product to us yourself or use a courier we arrange for you.

Upon receiving the product, if your claim is approved, the item will be repaired or replaced with a new, fully functional one. If this isn’t possible, we will refund you the equivalent of the product’s price or offer you a different item from our online store.
