PRICES
All prices are retail prices and are stated in PLN and EUR. All prices include VAT.
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal as payment only. The PayPal system allows customers to make payments online safely, comfortably and profitably, either through your Paypal account or credit/debit cards, prepaid cards or virtual.
SHIPPING
All our products are ready to ship. We ship your order in maximum 7 days from receiving the payment.
All orders are shipped with DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Delivery times are estimated depending on the carrier and destination postal code.
If you are interested in more than one item, please contact us before adding them to your cart. Combined shipping is always cheaper.
COLOUR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Each item is one-of-a-kind due to the unique texture of the piece of leather from which it is made. Scratches, discolourations, uneven colour and surface texture are natural and do not constitute product defects.
The specific hue of each individual bag may differ from the one depicted in the photographs. This is due to light and external factors. Under the influence of light, leather darkens, acquiring a patina; this is a natural process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your order you can return it and receive a full refund through Paypal. Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The item must be returned in the condition it was received.
This rule doesn’t apply to custom-made products.

The buyer is responsible for returned shipping cost. Your refund will be credited shortly after we have received your returned item. If all parts of our return policy are fulfilled, you will be refunded the same amount as soon as possible but no later than in 14 days.
