You have the right to return a purchased product without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Please note that the returned product must not show any signs of use and must be sent with the purchase document.

1. Before returning, please inform us about it on hello@molehillgoods.com, sending the order number.

2. You have 14 days to send the returned product from the date of return notification. Attach the Return Product Form (to download) to the shipment.

4. After receiving and accepting the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment. Refunds are made using the same payment method as used when placing the order.

You cannot deliver products purchased in our online store to a return point in person.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning/shipping purchased products.
